Olives for the GIN EVA La Mallorquina come straight from the trees of the Son Moragues Estate, which is situated on the outskirts of the village Valldemossa.

La Mallorquina is distilled using the olive pomice after the olives have been pressed for olive oil.

La Mallorquina is distilled only once a year in small batches, which makes this gin exclusive and very special.

For this unique liqueur, London to Lima Gin, distilled with Peruvian Quebranta grapes, has been infused with hand-picked Peruvian mulberries and Amazonian coca leaves, along with a drizzle of wild honey.

Decadent, rich chocolate supports brighter notes of citrus and dark berries, with lingering warming peppery spice.

London to Lima Gin is made with a very different & interesting base spirit - Pisco! The grape-based spirit gives a unique mouth-feel and stage for the botanicals to sing. Traditional botanical include juniper, and exotic botanicals used include Peruvian coriander, Peruvian lime, Valencia orange, aguaymanto (more commonly known as cape gooseberry) and pink peppercorn grown near the distillery.
