Negroni


Ingredients (One serving)
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml L2L Mulberry & Coca Gin
- 15ml L2L Classic Gin
- 15ml Sparkling Water

Garnish - Half Orange Wheel

Instructions
Fill an old fashioned glass with ice and add Campari, L2L MCG and Classic Gin. Stir, add soda and one last swirl

Thoughts:
A modification of the classic Negroni. Swapping the Vermouth for the Mulberry & Coca Andean Adventure and adding soda water. Alex says: “Takes your Negroni to the new heights”.
Can add Orange Bitters to taste.

Gin & Tonic


Ingredients
- 50ml L2L Mulberry & Coca Gin
- 150ml Dry Tonic

Make as per G&T


Thoughts:
Great for those with a sweeter tooth. Alternatively try 50/50 L2L Classic with Mulberry & Coca Gin, or other ratios until you find your sweet or not so sweet spot. bowl.

Mulberry & Coca Gin Sour


Ingredients
- 60ml L2L Mulberry & Coca Gin
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 20ml Sugar Syrup
- 20ml Aquafaba or Egg white

Garnish - Dash Chocolate Bitters, or Amargo Chuncho Bitters.

Dry shake all ingredients, then add ice and shake again.

Thoughts:
An exotic twist on the classic Pisco Sour. At the end o the day our gin is made from the same grapes.

Gin Eva

GIN EVA Olive – The ‘Evatini’


Ingredients (One serving)
- 4cl GIN EVA Mallorquina Olive Gin
- 4cl Fino Sherry
- A couple of ice cubes
- Olive to garnish

Instructions
1)
Put a couple of ice cubes in a shaker together with the Olive Gin and Sherry.
2) Stir, strain in a Martini glass, and garnish with an olive.

GIN EVA Olive Serving Suggestion:
Indian or cucumber tonic, or neat on the rocks. Garnish with a fresh sprig of thyme or rosemary.

GIN EVA Signature – ‘Summer Punch’


Ingredients (15-20 servings)
- 4 lemons
- 4 limes
- 2kg big ice cubes
- 2 Litre sparkling water, or sparkling wine
- 250 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 250g sugar or honey
- 700ml GIN EVA Mallorca

Instructions
1)
Boil a sugar syrup with sugar, or honey and 200ml of water and let it cool again.
2) Use a kitchen slicer to finely chop the lines and lemons, then mix all the ingredients in a punch bowl.

GIN EVA Signature Serving Suggestion:
Indian, grapefruit, or Mediterranean tonic. Garnish with a slice or zest of citrus – lemon, lime, grapefruit, or orange and add pomegranate seeds.

GIN EVA Green Spice – Gin Fig Smash


Ingredients (Two servings)
- 2 large fig leaves
- 1 lemon
- Agave syrup
- Generous splash of GIN EVA Green Spice
- A large mason jar

Instructions
1)
Smash the fig leaves in a mason jar with a wooden spoon.
2) Add as many ice cubes into the glass until it is half full.
3) Cut the lemon in half and press the juice directly into the shaker glass using your hands.
4) Add the agave syrup and 20cl of GIN EVA Green Spice.
5) Close the jar and shake gently for a minute, so that the ice cues don’t break.
6) Use the lid of the mason jar as a strainer to serve the cocktail in glasses. Enjoy!

GIN EVA Green Spice Serving Suggestion:
Indian tonic and Garnish with a fresh bay leave or green orange leave sliver.

GIN EVA Bergamo – Gin Fizz Mehari


Ingredients (Two servings)
- 1 ½ lemons
- 25g sugar
- 10cl GIN EVA Bergamo
- Soda Water

Instructions
1)
Squeeze lemon juice into a mason jar and add sugar and 10cl Gin Eva Bergamo.
2) When all the sugar has dissolved, add enough ice so that the jar is at least three-quarters full.
3) Close the mason jar and shake vigorously until the cocktail is ice cold.
4) Serve the gin fizz in a large glass on ice and top with chilled soda water.

GIN EVA Bergamot Serving Suggestion:
Indian Tonic, garnish with a slice or the zest of orange and fresh mint leaves.

GIN EVA Old Tom – Porroni


Ingredients (One serving)
- 2 Parts of GIN EVA Old Tom
- 1 Part Artisan Spirits Red Citrus Bitter
- 1 Part Pedro Ximenes “Raisin Wine”

Instructions
1)
Combine all the ingredients in a porro and cool it in a bowl of ice.
2) You can drink directly from the porro or serve in a bowl with ice cubes – Cheers!

GIN EVA Old Tom Serving Suggestion:
Indian or aromatic tonic. Garnish with a slice or zest of a lemon.

- 12cl Cloudy Apple Juice
- 1/2cl Ginger Syrup

6cl TOGETHERNESS
- Tonic Water
- Ice Cubes
- Garnish with any of the 20 botanicals.

Instructions
Enjoy it pure on the rocks, or with Elderflower Tonic.

Ingredients (One serving)
- 6cl Ron Piet Rum
- Ice cubes

Instructions
1)
Pour RON PIE T onto 3 large ice cubes in a tumbler glass.
2) Enjoy the full taste by allowing the rum to remain on your tongue for a few seconds before swallowing.

- 6cl Ron Piet Rum
- 3cl lime juice
- 15cl ginger beer
- Ice cubes

Instructions
1)
Put ice cubes in a long drink glass
2)
Add the lime juice and pour in the ginger beer
3) Slowly pour the rum on top and garnish with a lime

Ingredients (One serving)

4cl Ron Piet
- Cola
- Ice cubes
- Lime zest (optional)

Instructions
1)
Pour Ron Piet on ice cubes in a long drink glass
2) Fill up with cola
3) Depending on your taste, you can add the lime zest or a lime slice to the glass.

Piet Mojito


Ingredients (One serving)
- 5cl Ron Piet Rum
- 1x Lime
- Mint Leaves
- Ice Cubes
- Beer


Instructions
1)
Cut up your lime into wedges and add a couple of them, together with some mint leaves in your favourite gin glass
2) Add some ice cubes and Ron Piet
3) Top up your glass with your favourite beer and your Ron Piet Mojito is ready to enjoy!
